Dr. Eric Brown
Dr. Eric Brown is a graduate of Western Oregon University and received
his DVM at St. George's University. He completed a clinical training year at Purdue University
in LaFayette, Indiana, and is an alumnus of the Peace Corps in Panama. Dr. Brown came to work at Animal Medical Care (AMC) as a
veterinarian in March 2011. Having grown up at AMC (his father is the late Dr. Steven R. Brown), he
has worn many hats over the years. In July 2012, he purchased Animal Medical Care.
He is on the board of Oregon Coast Therapy Animals (OCTA) and is staff vet for the Oregon
Coast Aquarium (OCAQ).
Dr. Brown and his wife, Kim, have a son, Benjamin. They also have one fur baby: Roxie,
a cat, as well as 9 chickens. Dr. Brown enjoys many outdoor activities especially fishing.
